Mr. Khoo Kien Hoe brings over 25 years of extensive experience in corporate advisory, audit, taxation, and company secretarial services. A Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a registered member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, Mr. Khoo has demonstrated exemplary leadership and financial acumen throughout his career.
Director Khoo expertise in financial governance and compliance, combined with his strategic vision, makes him a valuable asset to the board of Legacy Trustee Berhad, where he plays a key role in guiding the company’s strategic and operational decisions.
Mr. Khoo has held senior roles in various prominent financial and consultancy firms, including KH Advisory Sdn. Bhd., Bluetech Consultancy Sdn. Bhd., and Bizguide Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd., where he continues to serve in a non-executive capacity. His strategic insights and deep understanding of financial regulations have been pivotal in steering these companies toward sustainable growth.
In addition to his consultancy roles, Mr. Khoo serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director at two publicly listed companies in Malaysia – Scanwolf Corporation Berhad and Sunzen Biotech Berhad.
